Your key focus areas will be:
Graphic Design
- Create visual assets for digital and print, including presentations, social media content, internal communications, and marketing materials
- Adapt designs to align with brand guidelines and project-specific requirements
- Support our senior designer with layouts, templates, and creative production
- Edit videos for social media, website, presentations, and internal use
- Assist in developing short-form and long-form video content
- Apply basic motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound editing
- Contribute to building and maintaining a structured video and content pipeline
- Support basic photo and video shoots of our projects, team events, and behind-the-scenes content
- Understand framing, composition, lighting basics, and camera handling
- Assist with setup, shooting, and post-production preparation
- Contribute creative ideas for content formats, storytelling, and visual concepts
- Support planning and execution of content calendars
- Translate project information into engaging visual and video content
- Stay aware of current design, video, and content trends
- Work closely with other team members of the Marketing team as well as other units
- Manage tasks independently once briefed, including timelines and basic coordination
- Take ownership for assigned deliverables from start to finish
