Your mission
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures (WBS), activity lists, schedules, and resource allocation plans, considering project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
Schedule Management: Create, update, and maintain project schedules using project management software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project), ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines. Identify critical paths and potential bottlenecks to optimize project timelines.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate with project teams to allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, to meet project requirements while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.
Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and performance against established schedules and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify deviations, delays, and risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Claim Preparation: Prepare robust Extension of Time claims using Impacted as Planned and Time Impact Analysis methods.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project schedules or budgets. Develop risk mitigation plans and contingency measures to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, to communicate project plans, progress updates, and changes effectively. Facilitate regular meetings, reviews, and reporting to ensure alignment and transparency.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, change orders, and risk registers. Generate regular reports and presentations for project stakeholders to provide insights into project status, performance, and forecasts.
Continuous Improvement: Analyse project performance data and lessons learned to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and best practices implementation. Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance future project planning and execution.
