Your mission
The Equipment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the allocation, tracking, procurement and maintenance of owned and rental equipment across projects in Saudi Arabia. This role is essential in ensuring smooth project execution by aligning equipment availability, logistics and supplier performance with project and organisational goals, and ensure timely, cost-effective and compliant equipment sourcing while maintaining accurate inventory records and strong supplier relationships.

- Ensure accurate inventory management and tracking of all equipment in EasyJob, including equipment statuses, returns and de-inventory processes.
- Coordinate equipment deliveries, returns, and subhires with Logistics, Project Managers and local suppliers.
- Monitor stock levels, orders and delays, proactively alerting Crew Management when actions are required.
- Source and liaise with local suppliers and subcontractors, including effective contract negotiation and damage reporting.
- Assess and resolve equipment shortages through strategic sourcing and resource reallocation.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs in close collaboration with the workshop team, ensuring timely turnaround.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with the organisation policies, safety and quality standards.
- Provide equipment-related input on budgets, risks, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
- Act as the main local point of contact for the Warehouse team in KSA, coordinating with other BeWunder branches as required.
