Business Development Assistant - Arabic Speaker (m/f/d)

Your mission

Our Event Production team is growing, and we are looking for someone curious, switched-on, and fearless - a self-starter who enjoys the hustle of business development and is ready to step in wherever needed when things get busy. Your responsibilities will primarily include:
 
  • Support the Client Success team in identifying new business opportunities and tracking ongoing leads.
  • Research upcoming events, agencies, and projects across the region (especially in KSA).
  • Prepare and update client presentations, capability decks, and proposal documents.
  • Maintain client and project information in CRM and internal tracking tools.
  • Coordinate meeting notes, follow-ups, and next-step actions.
  • Assist in organizing client visits, networking events, and industry gatherings.
  • Keep the BD team aligned and organized, from calendar support to pipeline updates.
  • Establish key accounts and expand our already substantial client base with new clients, while maintaining relationships with our already exciting customers.
  • Act as a key point of contact with relevant stakeholders of existing revenue generating accounts, cultivating strong company-client relationships.
  • Build organisation credibility, brand value, and trust with clients to ensure customer retention and confidence in the brand.
  • Conduct intensive market and competition observation and derivation of activities.

Your profile

  • Ideally, you will have 3 years of experience in business development in the event industry (agency or supplier side preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Native Arabic speaker.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel; experience with CRM or pipeline tools is a plus.
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to grow in the event and live-experience industry.
