Your mission

We are looking for a structured and relationship-driven Project Talent Specialist to manage and further develop our external talent ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of freelance talent, including end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, while ensuring a reliable, compliant, and high-quality talent pool that supports the successful delivery of projects within Event Production and Spatial Experiences.
 
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project talent requirements, identify and source the right freelance professionals, and ensure efficient engagement processes. As a key partner within the Project Talent function, you will contribute to workforce planning, strengthen our freelance network, and continuously enhance the quality and performance of our external talent community.

Your scope will include:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of freelance talent, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, contracting, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong, reliable network of freelance professionals across key disciplines.
  • Establish and improve processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance in freelance management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, contracts, and documentation related to external talent.
  • Partner with business units and project teams to define freelance requirements and identify suitable talent.
  • Support workforce planning by aligning freelance availability with project needs in collaboration with the Crew Manager.
  • Develop and manage rate structures and contract frameworks for freelance engagements.
  • Act as an internal advisor on freelance-related topics, providing guidance on best practices and processes.
  • Foster strong relationships with external talent to enhance engagement and long-term collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, contractual standards, and applicable regulations.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and management, freelancer coordination, workforce management, or a similar role in the event industry in the UAE and/ or KSA.
  • Strong organisational and process management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Extensive network of freelancer contacts in the event and construction industries along with experience managing 360-degree freelancer recruitment is highly desirable.
 
Nice to have:
  • Experience in workforce planning in project-based environments.
  • Familiarity with contract management and rate structuring.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements related to freelance engagements, primarily in the UAE, KSA and EU.
