This role focuses on preparing high-quality presentations for internal meetings, client communications, project references, proposals, award submissions, and management updates. The ideal candidate should be able to work quickly under tight deadlines, understand complex project briefs, and turn it into clear, well-structured, visually aligned presentations that follow BeWunder’s brand vision and standards.
The role requires someone who is not only strong in PowerPoint, but also structured, creative, and able to learn on the go. Over time, the person should build a strong understanding of BeWunder’s history, vision, projects, people, services, and other key details, enabling them to support presentation work with speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and customise PowerPoint presentations in line with BeWunder’s brand identity and templates.
- Prepare presentations for clients, management meetings, project references, internal updates, awards, and business development purposes.
- Turn raw information, notes, documents, and project details into clear and visually strong slides.
- Work with tight deadlines.
- Update existing presentations with new content, visuals, project references, and company information.
- Ensure all presentations are visually consistent, well-structured, and free from formatting or spelling errors.
- Collect and follow up on required information from internal team members to complete presentations on time.
- Maintain an organised understanding of BeWunder’s projects, people, capabilities, market segments, and company history.
- Support the team with urgent presentation requests while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Adapt presentations for different audiences, including clients, partners, management, and internal teams.
- Keep presentation files, templates, and visual assets organised and easy to access.
