Procurement Manager (m/f/d) Subcontracted Services (Construction / Project Environment)

Your responsibilities
  • You procure and manage subcontracted services for national and international projects.
  • You build and continuously develop a strong network of subcontractors.
  • You independently manage tender processes, compare bids, and lead contract negotiations.
  • You evaluate offers from a commercial perspective and identify optimization potential.
  • You negotiate and shape contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • You coordinate and monitor subcontractors throughout project execution.
  • You keep track of costs and identify savings opportunities.

Your profile

  • You have several years of experience in procurement of construction services or subcontractor management.
  • You have a solid understanding of different trades (you do not need to be a specialist in everything, but you know what matters).
  • You have experience managing subcontractors in a project environment.
  • You are confident in negotiations and assertive when needed.
  • You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way.
  • You are experienced in handling tenders and contract documentation.
  • You are fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level).
  • Ideally, you are familiar with construction contracts (e.g., VOB).
