Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will provide first-line technical support, maintain workplace technologies, manage user access and devices, and contribute to the development and maintenance of integrations between our core business platforms. You will also help identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve efficiency, and support the evolution of our digital workplace.

Your Key Responsibilities:
IT Support & Workplace Technology
- Provide first-line IT support for Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and workplace technologies.
- Manage user accounts, devices, system access, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Maintain device compliance and support requests through our IT service management platform.
Systems Integration & Automation
- Support andmaintainintegrations between core business platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365,Personio, Float, Jira).
- Troubleshoot integrations, APIs, and automated workflows to ensure reliable system performance.
- Develop and enhance low-code automations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Website & Technical Administration
- Support the maintenance and administration of the corporate WordPress website, including user management, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT systems, documentation, and internal processes.
- Support version control, deployment activities, and the adoption of AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity.
